2– The grape harvest
The grape harvest starts around mid of September. Together with the family Tallinucci the harvest is done in the own vineyards, talking, singing, tasting the grapes and just enjoying the warm and cheerful atmosphere. The grape harvest is a unique experience in a family community and of course after the work is done we will celebrate it with a good wine. Following our family tradition of viniculture already in its third generation we will explain the divers grapes matured under the sun of Elba and the wines which fit perfectly to the colourful, light and healthy elbanian cuisine.

1 - Walking trips in search of autumn flowers
There are only some flowers which are flowering in autumn, although for example the flowers of the arbutus unedo and the Cyclamen hederifolium are very beautiful. The arbutus unedo is a very colourful tree which has next to its white flowers, green leaves and fruits which are initially green, than yellow and finally red. The fruit needs one year to mature, so you can find mature red fruits next to the white flowers on the same tree. The mature fruits are very tasty and its shape and taste remind a bit of strawberries, that’s why the tree is also called strawberry tree. It is a nice experience to see those lovely flowers on a hill after a short climb on a warm day. In October there are still some warm late summer days where you might sweat on the walking trips, but exploring the beautiful Mediterranean nature and the lovely flower in the mild and warm autumn atmosphere you will feel that it is worth it to free your mind and escape the stress of work and daily live.
